Experiential workshop on self-awareness and relationships
From me to us
A workshop for anyone who wants to understand themselves better and the way they relate to others. Through experiential exercises we explore how we communicate, how we listen, how we set boundaries and how we build trust, in our relationship with ourselves, in our partnerships and families, in friendships and at work. The aim is to get to know the way we relate and to cultivate it, so that our relationships become more honest, more equal and more meaningful.
The workshop is educational and experiential in nature and works alongside, not instead of, psychotherapy.
Who it is for
For anyone who wants to understand the way they relate to others and improve it, in life and at work.
How we work
The methodology is based on neuroscience and cognitive-behavioural practice. We work with experiential exercises, role plays, work in pairs, storytelling and a reflection circle. Each meeting has one theme and closes with personal practice for the week and feedback at the next one.
What you take with you
- A clearer picture of how you communicate and relate
- Practical tools for boundaries, listening and handling conflict
- A personal plan for the relationships you want to change
What you need in order to take part
A stable internet connection, a camera, a microphone and a quiet, private space. The material for each meeting is sent electronically.
The two cycles
The self: We start from self-awareness: how we perceive ourselves and how others see us. We continue with emotions and needs: what we feel, what we ask for, what we avoid. We move to boundaries: where I end and the other begins. We close with personal patterns: what we repeat in our relationships and where it comes from.
The us: We start from communication and listening. We continue with trust: how it is built and how it is restored. We move to conflict: how we handle it without losing the relationship. We close with cooperation, in partnerships, family, friendships and at work.
The modules are indicative and are adapted to the needs of each group. Cycle B requires Cycle A. Registration is per cycle and you can stop whenever you wish by letting us know.
At the end of the cycle
The cycle ends with a closing meeting of the group and a certificate of participation.
How you start
- You express your interest through the form.
- We call you, to get to know each other and answer your questions.
- You take part in the introductory meeting, without a contribution.
- You complete your registration for the cycle through a personal link and choose your contribution.
How the group works
The group forms during the first two meetings and then closes. Registrations are accepted up to and including the second meeting of the cycle. From then on the composition stays the same, because trust and shared work are built meeting by meeting.
